Join us Wednesday November 6th from 6 pm - 7 pm and learn how to create the perfect Holiday cheese plate. Taste and discuss a variety of cheeses and learn how to pair them with wine, fruit and charcuterie.
Learn the history of some of the worlds most famous cheeses and the techniques used to create them. From washed rind and soft ripened to fresh and hard cheeses we will explain the differences and how best to serve them.

Wine will be provided for tasting with cheese and accompaniments.
